Grant Powell - Professional Mortgage Services

Grant Powell is a true Vancouverite. He was born on the West Side, and apart from some childhood years in Kelowna and a period in Toronto as an adult, he has lived in this beautiful city most of his life.

As a mortgage expert, Grant knows just how important mortgage education is to the home purchasing and refinancing process - and how often it is overlooked. Over the years, he has seen many people who could have benefited from knowing the simple techniques on how to get and maintain a solid credit rating. As a result, Grant decided to share his knowledge. For over two years Grant wrote a monthly mortgage column for the Vancouver View Magazine the colomn offered current information on new mortgage programs as well as practical tips on how to establish and keep a good credit rating.
