New to Canada

Qualified applicant who have recently immigrated or relocated to Canada can quafily for a mortgage with as little as 3% Down Payment. There of course are a few qualifications below is a list of some:

• Maximum number of 4 units would be a duplex which one side would have to be owner occupied
• Relocation to Canada needs be within last 36 months
